This demo turns quotes, policies, renewal notices, inspection reports, images, and PDFs into structured markdown, then uses multiple live model calls to compare minimum repair, resilience upgrade, and defer or monitor paths.

1. Upload

PDF, Word, text, image, quote, policy, renewal notice, or inspection document.

2. Convert

Text and DOCX are extracted locally. PDFs and images go through OpenRouter into markdown.

3. Normalize

A model call extracts property, cost, insurance, financing, and missing-evidence facts.

4. Compare

Three separate model calls produce minimum repair, resilience upgrade, and defer/monitor options.

5. Export

The result is displayed as cards and structured rows that can become CSV or Excel output.

Document upload

Upload up to four documents. PDFs and images are converted to markdown with OpenRouter; Word and text files are extracted locally. The output is an option comparison Zephyr could use for financing, contractor coordination, and insurance review.
